Tanner Bishop is an independent law firm focused exclusively on litigation, trials and appeals. Initially, the firm was working with a provider that was using out of date tools to maintain their systems and having them work with dated equipment that was insufficient to meet there demands. Tanner Bishop also had no ability to work remotely creating the need to be tied to the main office to get any work accomplished.
Additionally the need to have an office in Tallahassee and be able to access the full resources of the main office and staff was out of the picture with the current provided services.
MainStreet ICS moved the firm to full managed services model, while migrating the current system to an ICS Private Cloud Server. MainStreet ICS also integrated all of the firm’s offices into one IT architecture, thus decreasing costs. Moving to managed services, Bishop says, “saved us a huge amount of time.” It eliminated the need to have our people stop what they were working on all the time to assist the IT company with the problem solving.
